Refund Policy

Since our notes are digital goods delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we stand by the quality of our content.

Eligibility for refund

• If the PDF is corrupted or unreadable, we will replace it immediately.
• If you accidentally purchased the wrong notes, contact us within 48 hours for a possible exchange.
• In case of duplicate charges, we will refund the extra amount.

To request a refund, email refunds@pencode.co.in with your order number and reason. We review each request manually.
